- Compliance with the international laws and the laws of the Sultanate of Oman such as MD 286/2008.
- Achieve continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Set objectives and targets, measure, appraise and report HSE performance.
- Require our subcontractors to manage HSE in line with our policy.
- Continuous reduction in the impact of operations on the environment.
AL JOOD is formally expressing that, the HSE policy under which it has conducted its operations, has emphasize a continuous improvement in the areas of accident prevention, protection of the health and safety of staff, subcontractor employees, other persons affected by our activities, and protection of the environment.
purpose of this policy is to identify our commitment to:
- Protect the health and safety of staff, subcontractor employees and other persons affected by our activities
- Improve the operation efficiency and Use resources efficiently.
- Have a good HSE records.
- Control the accidents to the lowest possible number of accidents, injuries, illnesses and environmental problems.
- Protect the environment and prevent pollution,
- Cooperate in all health, safety and environmental matters, not only between supervisor and employee, but also between each employee and his fellow workers.

- Empower staff to stop work when conditions are considered to be or have become unsafe
